Problems with DataSearch

Below is my query
SELECT products.ProductName, productcategories.CategoryName, producttypes.productType
FROM products

LEFT OUTER JOIN productcategories ON productcategories.CategoryID=products.ProductCategoryID
LEFT OUTER JOIN producttypes ON producttypes.productTypeID=products.productTypeID

WHERE products.ProductStock>0

When I am at the Advanced text search window, the wizard brings all of the fields from products table and not from my recorset.

I have tried using different tables from my database and creating a simple query and still the wizard pulls everything from the table and not the recordset.

Is this normal or it just a bug that I am experiencing? I am using CS 4, Windows 7 Pro, DataAssist 2.1.0, and Design Extender 1.0.2
