order search pagination bug

When you use the order search (not the order list view at /admin/store/orders.php?Search=0), if you have more than one page of results, the pagination is broken.

- Go to order search
- Search with no fields set to bring back more than one page of results
- try to view the next page of results with the next button or one of the numbered pages
- You are told there are no results
