Digital File Pro will not launch

I recently purchased Digital File Pro for a project that must be completed NOW. I am using it with SecurityAssist, which is working adequately.

My problem is that when I try to Insert either Upload or Download into my page, following the very outdated instructions, I see a window flash up then disappear.

I have previously had the Extension Library Annual Membership and I uninstalled all of the extensions because they had expired.

This time, after installing Digital File Pro I HAVE NOT been prompted to enter my license key to activate the product. I assume this is part of the problem but I do not know how to enter a key when I am never prompted.

When I go to the following folder:

C:\Users\jonm\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS5\en_US\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\DigitalFilePro

I see a License.dat file and a DigitalFilePro.cfg file that are both 0 KB.

I am using Dreamweaver CS5. When I launch Dreamweaver I get 4 errors, this has been happening since I uninstalled all of the Extension Library Annual Membership extensions. I do not believe these are related but then the errors are below just in case there is a relationship:

"Unable to find file WA_SiteTools_Progress.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown."

"Unable to find file wa_themeit.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown."

"Unable to find file WA_xml_editor.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown."

"Unable to find file WA_SiteTools.htm in the Configuration/Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown."

I have followed the procedure on deleting the .dat file as a basic troubleshooting procedure, this did not fix the problem.

Please know that I have an extremely tight timeframe so I need this to work now.
