Issue installing 1.0.4

Hi I have downloaded 1.0.4 and deleated 1.0.2 that I had installed.
The issue that I have is that when I go to install 1.0.4 I get and error saying the extention can not be installed as it requires dreamweaver 9 or later.
I have CS5 Version 11
