This is a technical support forum, but that does not exclude user to user interaction.

Our business hours are Monday - Friday 9am 5pm Pacific Standard Time (GMT - 8). We try to respond to all queries as quickly as possible, but if you are posting on the weekend, we will not be able to reply until Monday.
