2 error messages on loading DW

Just installed the following extensions in the following order..

ecart 5.0.3
design extender 1.0.4
data bridge 1.0.0

and get 2 error pop-ups on loading DW

(DW5, Windows 7 Professional x64)

cleared the cache as usual, makes no difference
