In the cafe Commerce admin panel, Under the Store Tab, there is a link to the Customers section where you can see a list of all registered users.

The Orders link will show you all of the orders that have been placed. Under the order menu there is a search orders link where you search for orders based on different criteria.

you reported the checkout issue in a another thread where I started an incident to look into the problem.
