Video's not working

The videos associated with eCart are not all working on the download section of you site, I have asked one of your "Chat" assistance before with no change. Can I ask someone to look at it please, I am keen to add a voucher system to my shop but struggling with finding a tutorial. Only one out of the 4 are working for me.
