You have mentioned that already and I have monitored the database, but nothing gets written in it so they must bypass part of the webassist script and just use part to spam.

The messages are not created by a person, if they were and everything worked we would not receive auto generated spam, so please have a look at the files I sent and see if there is something I can modify to stop this
