Please elaborate precisley and img would be nice

I have the same problem However it happened on one domain and not on another. Odd! My testing and remote server are both "remote". In the site set up I do have two server "rows" one labeled remote and the other testing... in the ftp I have www.domain... then in the url I have http://www.domain.com/https...is this incorrect? :)
Thank you.

Hello Jason,

I was able to finally fix the problem with the database connection for the testing server. The problem was I entered the web url for the remote server in Local info Web URL under Advance Setting menu tab, which conflicted with the location of the testing server. Once I removed the remote web url, PowerCMS Builder was able to connect, upload and directed me to the setup page.

The problem that I am now facing is perhaps best explained by viewing the zip image. In a nutshell, Setup page is requesting for the serial number which I don't think will activate in a Testing Server.

Please have a look and advise.
