Hi,
OK, I will try and talk you through it....
If you want to go down the dynamic route....
The user table will have a unique ID for each user.
When setting up your login with security assist you need to create a session variable that stores the unique ID of that user. Then you redirect the user to a dynamic page, that pulls back information from the database that matches the ID of the user. For example, my user ID might be 5 so I want the dynamic page to pull back the information from the database that has a foreign key value of 5.
The other option, if you want to hard code the redirection page...
In the user table, you have a page name against a user. So my user record has a redirect field with a value of ian.php. With security assist you store a session value, say its called 'var_redirect' and store the page name. Then you can use the redirect behaviour to load after login to redirect to the page name stored in the session variable.
Hope that helps?
Cheers
Ian
