Uploading issue

Hey's guy's I just moved my site to a new server and I noticed that my uploads are not uploading, no error just no upload, and also no file name in database.

My question is does this sound like I did'nt get an include helper file up "though they seem to be all there"

Or does this sound like a server issue where uploading not turned on?
though in my datapanel it says it is.

All worked great before so it has to be somthing simple....
