PowerStore 4.5.2 install step 3 !!!

Hiya. Im trying to install powerstore to my live server but I cant get past step 3.
I have been in touch with my hosting provider (HostPapa) and they have told me that their server/host name is hp83.hostpapa.com and they provided their ip address.
now is the server/host name hostpapas or my domain name? Or am I totally screwing things up??
I have already created a database with hp but I just cant get past this point.
Please please please can somebody help me :( big time.
