Problem with Dreamweaver CS3 After Upgrading Webassist Extensions

I just finished upgrading some of my Webassist Extensions - now I cannot add a new page to my site. I get the following error message when I click File -> New

"The following Javascript errors occurred: Unable to open script file "C:\program files (x86)\adobe\adobe dreamweaver cs3\configuration\shared\webassist\library\wa_preview.js (error 3)

I went to the location and the webassist and the webassist\library subdirectories do not exist.

I upgraded the following extensions - SiteAssist pro - Css Sculptor - Css Menu Writer - Surveyor - DataAssist. I deleted the winfilecache.dat file that was mentioned under installation issues with no results. I also unstalled the old extensions before updating to the new ones. I would hate to have to uninstall everything and reinstall it but if that is the only solution, I would do it.

I am using my laptop, running Windows Vista with Dreamweaver CS3 - can anyone shed any light on this problem?
