Paypal Express versus Authorize.net?

Jason, I relayed your answer and got another question.

PP Pro looks like it is set up so our customer never leaves our site. However we are unsure of that.

Please ask cart guys what their opinion of pp pro is versus authorize . net

Another issue on our end is that pp is not letting us sort transactions without downloading a file…which take forever and sometimes fails mid-stream. And if we are successful at the download we still can’t do things like issue a refund without going back into pp and searching chronologically for the customer…which is very time consuming.

They should be able to give us some direction on upgrading to PP Pro or switching to authorize . net

Thank you.
