Spry.ValidationConfirm ERR: The element User_Update_group_Confirm_Spry doesn't exists

I'm trying to build a download center and I found a page with the instructions. On Step 6. Create a link to the page, it says to "Open the User Update for the site" and create the link to the download center. I'm kind of lost already not understanding why I need to do this on this page. However, that's not a main problem. The problem is when I try to view the page it comes up with: "Spry.ValidationConfirm ERR: The element User_Update_group_Confirm_Spry doesn't exists!" What in the world does this mean? I did remove SecurityAssist 2.0.3 and recreated the Security Pages with SecurityAssist 2.0.4 installed. However, I'm still getting the same error. Attached is the file.

Would appreciate any help with this. Thank you.
