Cannot Upload Images & Error in Replace...

I have 2 issues that are going now in Power CMS Builder.

1- In CMS admin, when I try to upload or Insert images it takes me to Kae's File Manager, it just says loading and nothing happens for minutes, so I have not been able to insert any images.

2- In dreamweaver I am trying to insert a new code or change one from the developer notes, I continue to get "Error in replaceVersionVariable: InternalError: too much recrusion", I looked on one of your threads and it said to clear DW cash which I did, (did not help), the thread wend to priviate ticket, so we do not know the answer..
