Really need help with this

I have worked on this since 7am and all day yesterday. it is now going on at least 16 hours with no luck. It will not send to this email.

I have reinstalled like I said twice now. I have a deadline and I am way behind. Please let me know why this is doing this. I have uploaded my files. It will email to earthlink.net and onfiregraphics.com. Did not receive any emails to webgirl@h-c-s-i.org
