Memento lists free upgrade to HTML Editor 3.0.2

My WebAssist Memento tells me that as of last June, I was upgraded to HTML Editor 3.0.2, but when I go to download it, I am expected to pay for it. The text in the memento is "WebAssist has upadted your account by replacing your extension with the latest version of HTML Editor (3.0.2)." The download button take me to a login for my account. When I login, HTML Editor 3.0.2 is only available as a paid download.

The same issue exists with SecurityAssist 2.0.1.
