Quantity based shipping on a unique product basis

Hi,

I need to base shipping on quantity, but have that tier be unique to each product.

So product 1 costs $3 from 1-3, $6 from 4-6, etc

But product 2 costs $8 from 1-3, $12 from 4-6, etc

So I want the cart to total the shipping based on the quantity/price based on the products settings for quantity pricing.

That would be ideal in my situation. can this be implemented?
