Important Update....
Jason, If this update is relevant to the javascript errors that a lot of users get, I would like to share a discovery I made after some testing....
ok, I came across this discovery because my system is backed up using Acronis, so it only takes 5 mins to recovery my system to a fresh install. which means Adobe Dreamweaver is on all default settings (this is where i made the discovery).
On .php documents that when opened in Dreamweaver came a series of 2 to 3 javascript errors (when using Webassist products). When used my fresh install of Dreamweaver - I had no errors..this baffled me..until I found out why...
it seemed the javascript errors only pop up when I alter the default Dreamweaver layout, when I added the database/binding/server behaviours TAB GROUP to my Dreamweaver layout, thats is when I get javascript errors when I open any document that is using certain WebAssist functions.
But when I DONT have the database/bindings/server behaviour TAB Group displayed on the screen...I get NO javascript errors.
Waht do you make of that discovery? Can it explain the reason why javascript errors appear?
Perhaps this is why, some people get these errors and some dont because its all dependant on is you have this tab group on display.
Kind Regards
Chris
