No, this will not create a problem on the server.

the point of using require_once to include a file is to prevent it from being included multiple times if there are multiple instances of the require_once line. The include file can be called as many times as you like, but the php server will only access it the one time due to using require_once.

the session_start call can also be done multiple times without a consequence.
