two different powerstores

Hi, I asked if I could have 2 powerstores on different url's and if I could copy my shop (in dutch) to the second url and work from there. I got your answer that this was possible if I bought a second licence and after installing copy the old shop over the new installation. I asked if the licence code for the newer version could work on the older dutch version. There was no problem and it should work.
So I did what was told and placed two different licence codes in the shop.
Unfortunally all went wrong after that and both shops are intertwined. The passwords for the admin on the site change on both admins. Cms changes, dbases changes etc.
What can I do????
