PowerCMS Installing error

I am getting this error on a new site I am setting up.

Serial Number
ERROR: The serial number you entered is invalid. Double-check that you entered the serial number correctly. For assistance contact sales@webassist.com.

I got the Serial Number from my download page. Also I now can not get in to edit PowerCMS on two on my other sites. I can enter the site with Admin and password but edit or logout just flash the page, this happens on my MacOS X 10.6.8 system and a Windows 7 system, I was thinking that maybe some update on the MacOS killed it but it looks like that is not the case. I sent an email into Sales, but no response yet. I am using PCMS Builder 1.01. DWCS5.
