Specific Discounts Not Working

Not all the discount rules provide the same discount.

If you reference the following discount rules...Associate Member Discount, Preferred Member Discount and Standard Member Discount -

they are all configured based on a user level and there specific discount. For example, the preferred member discount is based in user level 2 with a discount of 20%. The standard member discount is based on user level 3 with a discount of 15%.

With the support of WebAssist, I created the webinar discounts to cancel the member discounts (when the member was logged in) to offer our webinars at no cost - thus cancelling the price of the webinar. This discount is also not working - that is, it is not cancelling the member discounts, but adding to it leaving a credit or negative balance.

Where am I going wrong here?
