How to set topNavigation menu?

I have a problem with either the settings in CSS Sculpture or in Site Sculpture. I have created a slightly modified design in CSS Sculpture with normal header, topnav, contentwrapper with fixed width content column and right sidebar column and finally footer.
When then creating a custom design in Site Sculpture choosing to insert one of the menus from CSS Menu Writer (floated right) the divs underneath (main content and sidebar) floats to the left of the topnavigation!? When viewing the preview all looks ok but in browser the problem occurs. In the original build in CSS Sculpture I have tried to specify the width of the topNavigation div to 100% and also tried same pixel width as main wrapper (In this case 960px). The only way to get it to work is by specifying a height also but it should work without height specified I think? My main question is why the preview in Site Sculpture preset design looks right when inserting the menu but when building the page from this makes the divs wrap to the left of the menu? A problem with CSS Sculpture I think is that one can not change the position values of divs in the interface. Sure I know how to do it in the css afterwards but these setting should be available from the CSS Sculpture interface as well I think!?

PS. Also my main content div inside the contentwrapper is floated left and the sidebar div within the same wrapper is floated right.

Now I also noticed that when trying to create a new Site Sculpture site from the previously saved design the menu is not inserted at all!???
