Online forms and payment

I have purchased the entire super suite, but haven't ever designed anything other than basic html websites. I have now been asked to create a system for purchasing wheelie bins and skip bins online. I am unsure whether ecart is the way to go as i am not wanting to create an onine shop as such.

Something similar to the steps you go through for the online payment on the waste management website is what i am wanting to do.

I know that this is probably not the correct place to be asking this, but I am just looking for some advice as to which extensions to use to achieve this. If you could even advise me as to who would be able to help me that would be greatly appreciated.
