Where did the content wysiwyg(what you see is what you get) editor?

I recently upgraded from 3.0 to 4.5 and was told by Webassist of all the new options and why I should upgrade. After the arduous task of the upgrade, I noticed a feature they took out. I run an ecommerce site for hardware and had content landing pages. Basically, I used to be able to edit the user interface of each category and view it as code or as design. Now, that option is completely gone.

It is ridiculous that I cannot even talk to anyone on the phone to figure this out. Sure, I can pay $100 to tell them my problem, then I'm sure they would charge more to get the feature out.

People pay for upgrades for new features. It is never expected that you would delete features and make it LESS user friendly. I would love some advice here from anyone that understands what I am talking about.
