install issue and edit issue

I have had CMS builder for some time and have successfully installed before. I set up my remote server as my test server. When it tests OK and can connect. When I try to add CMS I get the errror 404 file not found 1. no testing server etc. thought maybe one of the other extensions I was using was causing the problem so I tried from a brand new site. same thing. So I copied the files from another site that had the cms already on it and started the install. it seemed to install OK. I was able to log on and add items to the DB. Edited the web page and seemed to all be working. But when I tried to edit on of the items in the content I found I cannot edit the DB. When I try to edit I am getting an error contents_update.php line 7 missing HTMLEditor/WARichEditorPHP.php When I look into the file line 7 is calling for that. When I look at the contents_update.php
<?php require_once("../HTMLEditor/WARichEditorPHP.php"); ?> I cannot find this file on the site that I copied the files from ?? So When I go to a site that I set up about a year ago the same line reads
<?php require_once("../webassist/ckeditor/ckeditor.php"); ?>

I am guessing they are different due to upgrades.

Can I get a copy of the files in the directory HTMLEditor so I can get this one client site up. then I can try to find out why I can no longer use the extension.
