eCart checkout

It seems I have been to hasty with me fixing the problem.
I am sure it is between the Cart summary and the checkout page.
it is also happening with just the normal cart items for page quantity and page price, thats why I don't get it.
problem Url /Shop-Photobooks.php?pgx=54&pid=271&job_id=Photobook_1458796325489475
( a typical photobook )
same problem /Prices-Photobooks.php
Site url www.spectrumcolour.com.au
All the data is correctly passed on to the cart summary, its from cart summary to checkout to confirm page where the problem exists
What else can I send you?
Its only January and I'm confused.

Thanks David
