Help trouble shooting Slow website

Hi All, a newish powerstore install with minimum design changes is loading pages very very slowly. The site is here: www.cinemasecrets.ie/

The client is adding products at the moment. Any suggestions on how I trouble shoot why its so slow?

It is hosted on a shared hosting plan and all other sites on the same plan with database connections etc are running fine.
