PS3 coupon breaks admin area

ok, everything seemed to be workin pretty well, was showing the client how to create a coupon and add the products.
-created new coupon and entered appropriate info, checked the box to apply to specific products, clicked "insert"
-next page is the Product Search page, menu bar is gone.
-selected a category and clicked "search"
-next page is the Manage Products for Coupon page, again, NO menu bar. Clicked on "Add All" and then i get this error at the top of the page:

Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/keepemsh/public_html/Admin/Products_Results.php on line 361

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/keepemsh/public_html/Admin/Products_Results.php:361) in /home/keepemsh/public_html/Admin/Products_Results.php on line 376

and the whole appearance of the page is out of whack, divs or tables are shoved all over the place. I will try to attach a screenshot.

Coupon works in the checkout, but need to get the issue fixed in the admin area and why the menu is disappearing.

Thanks
