A wishlist is basically a way to store items from the cart into the database without purchasing them and then add them back to the cart from the wishlist. It involves creating the database and creating a page to display the wish list. This could be likely done in a premiere ticket time frame and is fairly complex for the average user to do on their own.

Banner Ads can be done many ways... do you want something like google ads, or do you actually want banner ads from google? The complexity of this depends on whether you are taking advantage of an existing banner ads service or if you are actually talking about creating an entire banner ad system. This could be quick or could be very time consuming depending on the details of how they want it to work and what they want it to work with.

Image upload on your profile is pretty simple and could be done in probably 15 minutes using Digital File Pro if you have experience with it. Go through the tutorials and you should be able to get that working on your own.

A simple sitemap can be built with surveyor and you could then edit it to look how you want it. This too I would suspect you could be successful with on your own.
