Need to completely uninstall

Need to completely uninstall

I bought your CMS product awhile ago, and found it did not suite my needs. I asked for and got a refund (thank you). However, it seems that installing it in the Extension Manager doesn't remove all of it. See my attached screenshot on this. Now, this has been there for awhile and it isn't causing any real problems, but I would like to get rid of it. I really don't want to have to trash my config folder and reinstall all my extensions. I have a lot of extensions and this takes a long time. Are there specific files I can delete to get rid of the rest of the install?

Mac OS X 10.6.8
Dreamweaver CS5

BTW - posting this was a real pain. Your image verification wasn't working in the following browers:
Chrome 16.0.912.75
Firefox 9.0.1
Safari 5.1.2

I finally got it to work in Opera.
