update

Hi again

this is the general info sheet they sent me

Elavon Merchant Bank Account Website Requirements
Terms and Conditions
Full T&C’s must be available on the website and must include the following;
• Delivery Policy
• Cancellation, Returns, Refund Policies
• Privacy Policy

Customers must ‘click to accept’ T&C’s before making payment. This can be either a tick box or just a statement on the site ‘by clicking proceed you agree to our T&C’s’

Contact Information

Full contact details must be available on the website, to include;

• Legal name of the business

Two of the following three elements must be in place:

• Email address/contact form
• Telephone Number
• Postal Address – NB this must be legal/trading address and a PO Box address will not be sufficient.

Products

Either a full product range or a small sample of products must be available to add to a shopping cart/basket.
When completing their checks Elavon will then follow the checkout process as far as possible (ideally up to the point at which Sage Pay will take over.)

An order summary which shows the total cost of the order in the correct currency must be seen.

You must be able to enter customer information such as billing/delivery address

Miscellaneous

Card scheme logos (VISA, Mastercard and 3D Secure) should be displayed.

These are all available to download in various formats from www.sagepay.com
