Form Not sending email

Hi,

I created a simple 'contact us' form. It can be found at contact.php

It appears to send the email but it does not. I reviewed related postings in the forum but couldn't determine if any of those solutions apply to my problem.

I thought I was enabling email sending functionality by going to "Form Function" and filling out the required fields like so;

From: <?php echo ((isset($_POST["Email_Address"]))?$_POST["Email_Address"]:""); ?>
To: contactus@milicainthehat.com

The To: address is functional because I tested it so it's got to be something with the from?

Thanks
