Can't get Slideshow wide to work in PowerGallery 2.0

I have a page that I'm working with. It looks like this at the moment:
ohih/

The banner photo should rotate, and I want to use the Winde slideshow in PowerGallery 2 for this. I have resized the photos to 360 x 115 px, uploaded them and customized the slideshow wide to fit the images 360 x 115 px (see picture) and inserted the code

<?php
$pg_id = '1';
$pg_theme = 'ohih';
include('/kunder/totalweb.no/www/test/gallery/galleries/slideshow_wide/index.php');
?>

in the php page exactly where I want the PowerGallery to display.

It now looks like this:
index.php

As you can see, the page is "cut off" where the gallery should display.

I'm attaching the page that I have embeded the PowerGallery code into.

Regards
Rune
