Error when launching extension - no solution works

I haven't even been able to activate any extensions let alone open them because I receive an error immediately after launching an extension such as Siteassist. This happens to all of them.

I have tried all the steps such as deleting Winfilecache.dat file and rebooting, renaming the Config folder, uninstalling the extensions and reinstalling. I have performed these steps in various sequences also.

Within the error message that displays there is a path - "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\SiteAssistPro\Library\Shared_Ser.js" as shown in the photo below.

When navigating to this path, the path exists up to the shared folder. The WebAssist folder in this path does not exist.

I just purchased the Super Suite and I am quite frustrated that its been a week or so, and I have not found any solutions for this issue within the forum.
