How do I change design?????

Hi, after thinking I am wasting too much time one trying to get CSS menu writer to work on my website, I thought I might as well just upgrade to 4.5...

Oh my god, what's happened? When I open the index page in Dreamweaver, I see nothing but the odd square here or there, certainly no design to speak of. You have always sold this as an easy option for us designer/developers to change the design on, now I don't even see what I am clicking on in order to change the design!

I thought this was something where I could use CSS Menuwriter or eCart or many of the other extensions I have bought from you so I could easily change the design!

Could you please tell me ASAP where I can make changes to the design of this site without having to use the built in designer in the admin section?

If it can't be done, you need to tell me as this is no use to me whatsoever. PLEASE tell me there is a template file somewhere I can change!

Mat
