How to remove HTML Editor

I added several HTML editors using CSS Form Builder 1.0.x and they all are having issues with IE 9. I haven't had the funds to upgrade to CSS FB 2 yet but have upgraded to HTML Editor 3.0.2.

I am wanting to replace all instances of CSS FB HTML Editors with the new HTML Editor 3 versions and want to know if all I have to do is remove the two instances of tinyMCE script in the HEAD and BODY sections respectively? Is there more to it than that or is there a better/preferred way to do this?
