Virus Detected

I tried uninstalling Site Sculptor and CSS menu writer (as there had been an update to this recently), using extension manager and reinstalled the files, upon restart, I opened Dreamweaver and got a VIRUS warning, relating to the dll for the 2 files I had installed, I thought thats a mistake, and restored the dlls, and rebooted, then I re started dreamweaver and found that I have yet another virus warning,

Virus Detected, restart required
The Anti Virus service detected a virus that can only be removed after you restart your computer
Name: Gen:Trojan.Heur2.BDT.dq4@a0xYgdbajb
File: C:\Users\....|Ap...\WACSSSculptor.dll

The other message was pretty similar and refered to CSS menu writer.

Help required urgently, I can not restore this file.
