Forums are to solve Problems

Not sure where to post this but when i get into problems with installing items for the software venders the first place i look is on the forums to find if any body else is having the same problems and how it was solved "SEEMS STRAIGHT FORWARD"

What i dont get is that i can never solve a problem if all i get in the forums is the same replies from the venders

" I HAVE CREATED A SUPPORT TICKET FOR YOU " now this may help the person that raised the issue but by god it dont help anybody else in the dame forum ?? can we post some god **** replies that could save us all some bloody time ????
