eCart row number

Hi,

How can I retrive eCart's row number, like this:

1. ProductX 115.00€
2. ProductY 100.00€
3. ProductZ 140.00€

Generally iI need to "row number" to the Cart while I'm adding new product to Cart, because I need to add "row number" to several other tables when I checkout.

The best option is to generate running number to ID field in the Cart.
