DataAssist and changing Row colours

Hi,

I wonder if you can help, Using dataassist I have a table where I would like the background of each row to change colour based on data coming from a particular field. For example if the JOB has been completed by the engineer then the row background would be GREEN, If the Engineer is on site then the background would be ORANGE and if he fails to complete the job it would be RED.

So not being a php programmer, I scoured the net for some code. When I did find what I was looking for it just wouldn't work within the page. The code I found just changes the background of a cell rather than a row, but for now its a good start for me anyway.

here is the code as it is on my page....

<?php do { ?>

<tr>
<td><?php echo strtoupper($row_Recordsetliveengineers['employeename']); ?></td>
<td><?php echo $row_Recordsetliveengineers['workorderid']; ?></td>
<td><?php echo $row_Recordsetliveengineers['jobtype']; ?></td>
<td>
<?php if ($row_Recordsetliveengineers['onsite'] == "YES" {
echo "<td bgcolor='#FF9966'>";
echo strtoupper($row_Recordsetliveengineers['onsite']);
echo "</td>";
}
else
{
echo strtoupper($row_Recordsetliveengineers['onsite']);
}
}
?>
</td>
<td><?php echo strtoupper($row_Recordsetliveengineers['jobcompleted']); ?></td>
<td><?php echo $row_Recordsetliveengineers['cust_title']; ?>&nbsp;<?php echo strtoupper($row_Recordsetliveengineers['cust_name']); ?></td>
<td><?php echo strtoupper($row_Recordsetliveengineers['postcode']); ?></td>
<td><?php echo $row_Recordsetliveengineers['startintime']; ?></td>
<td><?php echo $row_Recordsetliveengineers['endintime']; ?></td>
<td><?php echo $row_Recordsetliveengineers['totaltime']; ?></td>
</tr>
<?php } while ($row_Recordsetliveengineers = mysql_fetch_assoc($Recordsetliveengineers)); ?>
</table></td>

All works fine until I added the if statement code,

cheers

John
