Form builder - header already sent

hi there

have added a contact form to my website, but having issues when attempting to send.
once filled in and click send, page returns with little messed up page :(
form gives error header already sent.

I did remove the line 83 from the wavt_scripts_php.php which is the only line I find which sends to header, but then still receve the same error, I have replaced it again incase but realy i need this working.
Any suggestions please?
