PowerCMS breaks CSS layout and menu

I used CSS Sculptor to create a base layout, then used CSS Menu Writer to create a vertical menu, and everything was working fine. Then, I tried inserting PowerCMS and now the menu wouldn't render correctly. Any idea why?

It goes like this: First, I create a new page from my Dreamweaver Template. Then, I highlighted the portion of contents within an Editable Region, then went to WebAssist --> CMS --> Add Content to PowerCMS. It would insert the PowerCMS region fine, but as soon as I do that the navigation menu breaks.

I look at the .dwt file and the menu is breaking there as well. I looked at potential CSS conflict but I didn't see anything different there. I compared the HTML code of the affected files and found that they were still identical. It breaks in web browser and not just in DW visual mode so I know it's not just DW rendering glitch or anything like that.
