in chrome, (or firefox with firebug installed), i pressed f12

all I did was work through the page to the relevant section, you can see it is looking for the image file in the path shown, but can't find it.

if you look at the section above with the stamp set, the image is found.

From this, I made the assumption that the file is not in the specified folder
