Installed UEmail and boy oh boy

Using dreamweaver cs5.5, Mac OS 10.7.2, I installed UE and was prompted to uninstall CSS FormBuilder and ImageResizer or problems will occur when opening dreamweaver.

We'll, I did just that and when I went to the Video you provide on using UE 4.01 it starts out by saying it designed the form in CSS FormBuilder 2.0.0. So, I reinstalled the CSS FormBuilder and WHAM-O, I get the error message again. What gives? Here I upgraded and once again I can't utilize the software because of issues I can't seem to control. HELP!!!!!!
