Spellchecker

Is it possible to turn off the built in spellchecker? It's only trouble with it. Here is an example.

I'm writing some content in the edtor. It looks ok, so I click Update. (Image 1)

I open the content later to edit it (Image 2). As you can see the spell checker runs automatically and marks the words that are unknown. The most annoying is that the spellchecker also add &nbsp; after the <br /> tags for the words marked as unknown. This is making trouble when I'm going to update the content again, and I have to remove the &nbsp; manually.

Regards
Rune
