Can't retrieve & place images/gallery in PowerStore 4.5

Issue:

I can build a gallery of images in PowerStore 4.5 and can see the images, but cannot "Preview Gallery". The error states:

FastCGI Error

The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request.
Error Details:

The FastCGI process exceeded configured activity timeout
Error Number: 258 (0x80070102).
Error Description: The wait operation timed out.
HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Then when trying to insert them into a product page, I cannot insert them into the body of the page. It cannot find the gallery that I built. The path the CMS writes to the images dir is incorrect and won't let me access the pics. Then when the gallery tries to pull the images it can't find them.

Also, if I try to upload the images individually and place them in the body of the content, it cannot find the image after I uploaded it.

I hope this gives you enough info to at least see the problem. In looking at Webassists forums, they do mention a permissions issue, but I don’t know anything further on it.

Please call David Paxton @ 317-409-2519 with questions regarding this matter.
